AMR Survey Identifies Top Supply Chain Risks

From purchasing.com: “In a recent survey conducted by AMR Research, executives from manufacturers and retailers ranked volatility in energy costs, transportation costs and commodity prices as the top three supply-chain related risks they currently face. According to the survey, executives polled ranked energy costs as the biggest risk and 82% said this risk has increased in the past year. What’s worse, more than half (55%) said the risk of energy price volatility will increase in the next year. A close second was rising transportation costs, which 85% of respondents said will get more risky this year.” AMR Survey Identifies Top Supply Chain Risks
