Build Your SCN
Once you’ve asked all your questions and learned all you can initially, it’s now time to begin building your Supply Chain Network.
Many will be inheriting an existing network which needs to be reviewed and retrofitted to ensure the basic components are in place and that they are compliant with applicable industry standards.
Some are more fortunate and are building from scratch and can “do it right” the first time.
