Scottsdale, Ariz. – October 25, 2007 – JDA® Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: JDAS) today announced that in partnership with New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity (NOAHH), construction will begin this month on the ‘JDA’ home, made possible by the fundraising efforts of JDA Software and the generous donations from its employees and FOCUS 2007 User Group Conference attendees.

JDA Software partnered with NOAHH, a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating poverty housing in the New Orleans area while serving as a catalyst to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action, during its annual FOCUS user group conference in New Orleans and donated more than $77,000 – enough to build a home for a local New Orleans family in need.
“We are touched by the incredible outreach that JDA Software and their conference attendees have shown to our affiliate and partner families,” said Jim Pate, executive director of New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity. “We thank JDA Software for its generosity, caring spirit and dedication.”

The raising of the home’s front wall is scheduled for October 26 with JDA Software executives and local natives David Johnston, senior vice president of supply chain, and Wayne Usie, senior vice president of Retail, onsite as part of the day’s volunteer building crew. The formal dedication of the home is scheduled for December 13 when JDA Chief Executive Officer Hamish Brewer will present the keys and the home to a deserving family. Throughout the October through December building period, JDA Software employees from around the country will be on-hand volunteering to help build the ‘JDA’ home.

“JDA felt it important to give something back to the host community for FOCUS 2007, as New Orleans continues recovering two years after Hurricane Katrina,” said Brewer. “More than 1,600 customers and colleagues in attendance pitched in and by the end of our three-day conference including JDA-matching funds, we had collected more than $77,000. We look forward to delivering this new home and contributing to the ongoing revitalization efforts for New Orleans.”

New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity (NOAHH), an independent affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. NOAHH builds new houses in partnership with sponsors, volunteers, communities, and homeowner families to eliminate poverty housing in the New Orleans area while serving as a catalyst to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action. Since its inception in 1983, NOAHH has built over 175 new homes for low-income families in need of adequate shelter. In the next five years, NOAHH plans to build 1,500 homes in New Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, and Plaquemines Parishes. Please visit www.habitat-nola.org for more information.
