Transplace Selects Ron Hefty and David Farris to Drive Growth, Support Transportation Efficiencies, On-Boarding for Customers

Ron Hefty brings more than a decade of experience in the supply chain and logistics industry. He has held several positions at C.H. Robinson, including logistics supply chain manager and strategic sales. Mr. Hefty most recently served as president and CEO of Integri-T Transportation Solutions, LLC, a logistics and supply chain consulting service. He specializes in bringing efficiency and cost savings to local and multi-national organizations through third party logistics, operations management and multi-modal solutions.

With 20 years of industry experience, David Farris brings significant knowledge of supply chain efficiency and project management skills from his work at national corporations. Prior to joining Transplace, Mr. Farris served as director of implementation at Hewlett Packard where he was responsible for managing, planning and coordinating global energy supply chain activities in support of company’s business objectives. In addition, he previously worked at Electronic Data Systems as its global supply chain manager. In his role at Transplace, Mr. Farris will be responsible for all new customer implementations as well as managing service and cost performance, and identifying opportunities for collaboration across customer networks.
